More applications
As well as being suitable for use as lintels, rafter, roof beams, bearers, portal rafters and columns, HYNEBEAM 17C can be H2 treated for termite resistance or H3 treated for above ground weather exposed applications. HYNEBEAM 17C can be curved to suit your design creativity.

Conversion
There are extremely small changes to depth dimensions when converting from GL18C to HYNEBEAM 17C. The maximum 30mm variation will not impact normal building clearances or heights (refer tables).

Extra reliability
HYNEBEAM 17C is produced from mechanically graded laminate feedstock compared with visually graded Tas Oak in GL18C. HYNEBEAM 17C is third party certified through Glue Laminated Timber Association of Australia and ISO 9002.

Natural untreated HYNEBEAM 17C beam and GL18 Tas Oak have the same durability - durability class 4.
